About The Position

Start your new year with a great opportunity! All Roads Trucks in Rosedale, MD is searching for a Service Writer to join our growing team. Bring your excellent communication skills, customer focused attitude and energy. You will be the 1st point of contact to assist customers with the repair process. Using your prior service writing experience (heavy duty truck preferred) and mechanical knowledge to provide a first-class experience for the customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Prior service writing experience (truck experience preferred)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• truck experience preferred
• CDK helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with dealership standards
• Schedule appointments and accurately document information, CDK helpful
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications
• Communicate vehicle status regularly with customers to include repair time, cost and any changes
• Additional duties as needed
