About The Position

By integrating manufacturing and distribution, React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis, particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.   GENERAL SUMMARY The Service Technician will work directly with the service department and manufacturing team to support the repair and maintenance of VOCSN, our leading product, the world’s first multi-function ventilator, which seamlessly integrates five separate devices including a ventilator, oxygen concentrator, cough assist, suction, and nebulizer into one unified respiratory system. The Service Technician will serve as an integral part of the team that is performing technical service and customer support to our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years in a technical position assisting with product maintenance and/or customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate, through experience, technical/mechanical ability and aptitude
  • Minimum two-year technical degree and/or industry related work experience/training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with hand tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Fast Learner and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, and safety
  • Able to work in a regulated (FDA/ISO) environment
  • Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
  • Required to lift 25 lbs. throughout the day.
  • Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
  • Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
