Job Summary: The Service Technician Role is responsible for the hands-on evaluation, diagnosis, repair, alignment, testing, and documentation of customer-returned (RMA) opto-mechanical systems. Working closely with the Service and Support Supervisor, the technician performs initial inspections, troubleshoots optical and mechanical issues, executes repairs, conducts final optical testing/alignment, and prepares units for return shipment. This role combines strong opto-mechanical assembly skills with optical testing expertise in a fast-paced RMA environment.
