Position Summary: Provide superior field support on Renewal by Andersen products by performing services. Primary Responsibilities: -Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products. -Analyze and resolve complex/escalated customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner. -Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues. -Coach, train and mentor Service Techs. -Keep service area neat and organized, inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to Service RSRs. -Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers. -Advanced knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors. -Other duties as assigned by supervisor
