About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a service technician (required)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Experience troubleshooting automotive electrical systems
- Knowledge of powertrain systems and related repairs
- Ability to safely and effectively use automotive tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
- Must be able to commute to Spring Hill, FL 34606
- Pre-employment background check, drug screening, and clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Ford vehicles preferred (not required)
- ADAS experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powertrain, electrical, and overall vehicle performance issues
- Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.)
- Repair and replace faulty components to meet manufacturer and industry standards
- Utilize diagnostic tools and hand tools efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations and maintenance needs
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence
