Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and technology
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle issues and repairs
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations
- Stay up to date with the latest Ford automotive technology and repair techniques
