Grand Design RV is currently sourcing for a Service Technician to join our team. This position works directly with the customers to understand the issue(s) with their unit and correct the problems.

Requirements

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be organized
• Must have a positive attitude and be friendly to customers

Nice To Haves

• RVIA certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer units.
• Diagnose repairs to be made.
• Make repairs to meet Grand Design's quality standards.
• Work directly with customers to address their concerns.
