Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in varying temperatures and shop conditions
Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Good communication skills and a team player mind-set
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid drivers license
Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn
Ability to operate automotive tools and equipment safely

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Mount and balance, rotate, and inspect tires for wear and proper inflation
Check all essential vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, windshield washer fluid, etc.)
Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings to service advisors effectively
Attend and successfully complete all factory and company training as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety polices and procedures
