Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience as a general automotive technician, specifically with Ford vehicles (preferred)
Broad knowledge of all vehicle systems and ability to perform multiple types of repairs
Ability to read and follow service manuals, instructions, and diagnostic information
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Ability to identify and troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle issues
Skilled in general automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
Proficient with electronic diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new procedures and technology

Responsibilities

Perform general automotive repairs efficiently and accurately across engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, steering, and other systems
Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer service equipment
Complete work orders according to dealership and Ford service standards
Communicate directly with Service Advisors to update customers on additional services and repair timelines
Execute warranty and standard repairs to manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure customer vehicles are returned in excellent condition
