Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience (Luxury or Euro experience is a major plus!).
• Certifications: State of Michigan or ASE certifications preferred (if you don't have them, we'll help you get them).
• Tools: Ownership of a basic set of automotive tools.
• Mindset: A "Hungry and Humble" attitude with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Precision Diagnostics: Use cutting-edge BMW diagnostic equipment to identify complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Expert Repair: Perform everything from routine maintenance (oil services/brakes) to advanced engine and drivetrain repairs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors to provide transparent, high-quality updates to our guests.
• Efficiency: Maintain high productivity standards without sacrificing the safety and integrity BMW is known for.
