Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar mechanical role is preferred.
Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Knowledge of powersports vehicle systems and components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire replacements, and inspections.
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues, service recommendations, and repairs performed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and parts ordering as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders.
