About The Position

Toyota of Oxnard is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive repair, committed to delivering high-quality work, and eager to grow their career with a trusted dealership. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $57.95. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
