About The Position

Windsor Communities is seeking a Service Technician III for its Windsor Meridian property in Englewood, CO, a garden apartment style community with 652 units. The company has received the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award for Overall Customer Service for the fifth year in a row. This role requires intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. The successful candidate must be available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response. Candidates from various backgrounds such as apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
  • Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
  • Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
  • Intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations
  • Ability to become EPA Type II certified within 90 days of start date
  • Ability to become CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas
  • Maintain accurate records and complete work orders using smart devices and property management software
  • Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents
