The Service Technician III applies general knowledge to assist with moderately complex projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Works under general supervision. Requirements
- 6+ Years Minimum Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Stage tools and PPE for daily jobs.
- Check equipment readiness.
- Update inventory logs after issues and returns.
- Assist with basic measurements and documentation.
- Upload photos and service notes to job records.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
- Prepare mailers for calibration services.
- Support audits by pulling records and evidence.
- Coach S2/S1 on staging accuracy.
- Escalate shortages or damaged equipment.
