Job Summary: The Service Technician repairs, services, and maintains paint booths and collision repair equipment at customer locations, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage tasks effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations in area
  • At least 2 years’ related experience (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems)
  • Must be able to sit/stand/reach for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Handles paint booth cleanouts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturer standards.
  • Maintains detailed service records and documentation of services.
  • Other duties as assigned.
