The Equipment Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers. Hourly Rate: $28-$32 DOE Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, with some overtime.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
Electrical and mechanical experience
Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
