Wage / Hours: Wage depending on experience, certification and licensing. Earn up to $70 per hour!!! Location: This position is performed on the road in the greater North King County and Snohomish County areas.

Requirements

  • Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners.
  • Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.
  • Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field.
  • Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • HVAC experience required, with additional training provided.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
  • 5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
  • Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
  • Able to pass a background and drug screening
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have good oral and written communications skills.
  • Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
  • Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information and data about equipment being serviced.
  • Diagnose system failures and issues, educate customer on findings, and offer recommendations for solutions.
  • Navigate tablet software to understand previous history of customer and their equipment.
  • Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond their knowledge base.
