About The Position

Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers) Troubleshoot advanced electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues Verify system performance after repairs (airflow, temperature split, charge) Communicate findings and repair options clearly to homeowners Document all work accurately in the service management system Maintain a clean service vehicle and professional appearance Follow all safety procedures, EPA regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Comfortable using mobile and digital service platforms
• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined spaces
• Stand, kneel, climb, and use hand tools for extended periods
• Work in extreme temperatures

Nice To Haves

• NATE Certification(s)
• Experience with variable-speed and communicating systems
