Services Technicians perform a wide range of duties internally to ensure the ongoing operation of the organization, which can include sanitation, laundry, and nutritional services. This specific role, a Nutritional Services Technician, involves a variety of functions related to preparing, servicing, delivering, and cleaning up food. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a variable shift of less than 12 hours. Key responsibilities include handling food throughout the cooking, serving, and cleaning processes, sanitizing work areas and equipment (including washing dishes and pans), ensuring proper temperatures, operating a cash register and managing cash flow, documenting processes, and performing inventory and ordering supplies. The role may require up to 20% travel for delivery and pick-up, dependent upon department need. This is a patient-facing position with no remote work capability, requiring on-site presence.
