About The Position

Service Technician / Field Service Technician (1–3 Years Experience Preferred) Reese, MI Full-Time | Immediate Opening Kelly Maintenance (DHT Group) is hiring a Service Technician / Field Service Technician / Maintenance Technician with 1–3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work. If you have hands-on experience as a field technician, service tech, maintenance technician, or equipment technician, and you're ready to grow with a stable, expanding company — we want to talk to you. Requirements

1–3 years' experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces and outdoor conditions
Ability to install, repair, service, and test, and troubleshoot equipment
Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
Flexibility to adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adaptability required beyond these hours
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
Working knowledge of equipment needed for the job
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Ability to meet physical demands of the job, to include bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces
Driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to effectively manage time
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
(some requirements may only be met after on the job training is received)
