Requirements

  • 6–12 months diesel/mechanical experience (preferred, not required for trainees)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Flexible schedule availability

Nice To Haves

  • CDL or willingness to obtain
  • ASE certifications
  • Michigan heavy-duty mechanic license
  • Fleet maintenance software experience
