About The Position
The Service Shop Technician primarily is responsible for light repair and maintenance of customer’s small power tools/equipment. Service Shop Technicians are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and the highest quality of service work possible. We are primarily looking to fill a full-time role however, qualified part-time candidates may be considered. Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 Depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Machine assembly
- Installation of equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of equipment
- Process orders in compliance with all requirements
- Perform in a productive and positive manner in high stress and fast paced work environment with minimal supervision
- Obtain and maintain proper certifications that may be required
- General machine maintenance
- Facility maintenance
- Service calls
- On-site evaluations and equipment demos
- Willing to travel for trade shows and training opportunities
- Represent Runnings in a professional and positive manner
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, delivery truck, etc
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor
