About The Position

The Service Shop Technician primarily is responsible for light repair and maintenance of customer’s small power tools/equipment. Service Shop Technicians are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and the highest quality of service work possible. We are primarily looking to fill a full-time role however, qualified part-time candidates may be considered. Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 Depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading equipment, machine assembly, installation of equipment, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Process orders in compliance with all requirements.
Must be able to perform in a productive and positive manner in high stress and fast paced work environment with minimal supervision.
Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain proper certifications that may be required.
General machine maintenance, facility maintenance, service calls, and on-site evaluations and equipment demos.
Willing to travel for trade shows and training opportunities.
Must represent Runnings in a professional and positive manner.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, delivery truck, etc.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
