Acting as the main point of contact for administrative service support, the scheduler will quote and execute service contracts and schedule contracted service.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field or equivalent service experience - preferred
  • Clarity and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (data management and pivot tables)
  • Expert multitasking ability (handling multiple tech schedules simultaneously)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a service-related field with customer interaction a plus
  • Experience with database queries and customer reporting tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Quote service technician visits
  • Schedule technician visits and coordinate with technicians and customers
  • Close work orders and complete billing process
  • Comply with the organization’s environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards
  • Data Entry as needed
  • Issue POs for outside resources used on contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Care sales team to ensure timely delivery of quotes
  • Close work orders and contracts at completion of service terms
  • Customer satisfaction follow-up calls
  • Execute technician timesheet entries
  • Issue and order tools for new technicians
