Join our team at Infios as a Service Sales Solution Architect – TMS plays a pivotal role in shaping successful services engagements by defining scope, building accurate service estimates, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and the overall solution vision. Partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services, this role translates requirements into clear, actionable Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on on TMS implementation experience, thriving in a highly collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical understanding with business acumen, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering precise, well-structured service solutions. What a day in the life looks like: Review new sales opportunities and gather customer requirements to define solution scope and service needs. Partner with Client Partners and Inside Sales to validate assumptions and align on the proposed solution vision. Develop accurate service estimates covering effort, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies. Create and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with WA implementation best practices. Identify and document risks, gaps, and out-of-scope items early in proposals and SOWs. Participate in customer discussions to explain service scope and align expectations with delivery capabilities. Collaborate with Professional Services to validate feasibility and delivery alignment. Support change order scoping and re-estimation as requirements evolve. Manage multiple estimates concurrently, prioritizing based on sales timelines and business needs. Maintain estimation tools, documentation, and processes, staying current on WA updates and implementation patterns.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including creating, reviewing, and processing Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Proven ability to define, manage, and document service scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, and out-of-scope items.
  • Experience developing accurate service estimates covering effort, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and change orders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple estimates and priorities simultaneously with a results-driven, accuracy-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional team environments.
  • Effective partner to Client Partners, Services Advisors, and Inside Sales teams.
  • Adaptable to evolving customer needs, solution changes, and shifting business priorities.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, with 2+ years of MercuryGate TMS experience (including implementation); Solution Architect, operations, consulting, or professional services background preferred, with ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
