About The Position

Air Systems is looking for a Service Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Sales. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities, with a primary emphasis on HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for background in HVAC, mechanical, or construction industries.
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, specializing in HVAC maintenance service contracts.
  • Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor service agreements to client requirements.
  • Develop customized proposals and close sales opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and provide consultative service solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, service technicians, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new HVAC technologies.
  • Communicate technical details effectively to clients to support the sales process.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract agreements in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and present updates to the Director of Sales.
