About The Position
Pacific Supply is a distributor of building products with over 40 locations throughout the Western United States and has been serving the needs of the construction industry and the communities since 1953. We are looking for entry level candidates for our Service Representative position. Previous experience in the building industry is preferred but not required. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, candidates will be responsible for processing order-related transactions and maintaining accurate records within internal systems. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
- Effective written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input orders and related information into the computer system.
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Support branch operations through administrative and clerical tasks, including sharing Saturday opening of the store on a rotating basis.
