Oversees and directs Key Service Account coordination and service delivery. Establish and maintain positive client relationships. In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, define project scope and deliverables that support client goals. Communicates directly with service account point of contact concerning service agreement services pricing, staffing, and scheduling.
