Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willing to complete drug test and background check
• Physically able to handle plumbing tasks
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using iPads, iPhones, and mobile apps (we provide training)

Responsibilities

• Learn to assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems
• Train to troubleshoot and repair faucets, toilets, and plumbing appliances
• Study blueprints and building codes to guide your work
• Assist in preparing basic cost estimates for clients
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Benefits

• $18–$20/hour starting pay
• Pay raises as you gain experience
• Monday–Friday schedule — weekends off
