Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of plumbing helper experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable, eager to learn, with a strong desire to become a licensed plumber
• Good communication, willingness to work flexible hours, ability to follow directions
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan or basic plumbing tools is a plus — but we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential service, repairs, and installations
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and use tools/equipment properly
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools are organized
• Communicate with dispatch, managers, and team members
• Keep a clean, professional appearance and represent Boothe’s with pride
• Participate in training and development to advance your skills
• Safely follow all workplace and safety procedures
