Requirements

3+ years of residential service plumbing required
1-2+ years of sales experience required
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

Assist in accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing equipment
Perform plumbing installations for residential projects, including water lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and more
Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Other duties as assigned

Benefits

Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $120,000/annually (eligible for overtime for over 40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
