The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience. 1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Requirements

When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $40,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Perform excellent customer service
Perform excellent quality work
Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
