In this position, you will have the ability to help our TEAM grow within our Service and Parts Departments all while having fun! Responsibilities
- GREET CUSTOMERS IN A WARM, AND FRIENDLY MANNER
- ABILITY TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS
- PROMOTE THE DEALERSHIP IN AN UPBEAT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER
- ABILITY TO WORK UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SERVICE AND PARTS MANAGERS
- ABIDE BY ALL THE DEALERSHIP POLICIES PERTAINING TO THE STORE AND DEPARTMENT
- COORDINATE WITH LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT TO HELP STOCK SHELVES
- FOLLOW STORE DRESS CODES AND BE WELL GROOMED AT ALL TIMES
- MAINTAIN A POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES
- BE IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH THE SERVICE WRITERS, TECHS AND PARTS PERSONNEL
- LOOK UP / SPECIAL ORDER AND PULL PARTS FOR TECHS CORRECTLY
- LOOK UP PARTS/ACCESSORIES FOR CRASH AND WORK ESTIMATES
- GATHER PARTS FOR UPCOMING TECHNICIAN JOBS
- TRACK BACKORDERED REPAIR ORDER PARTS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
- HAVE ALL TECHS SET UP WITH PARTS/OILS FOR THEIR NEXT MORNING JOBS
- NOTIFYING MANAGERS WHEN STOCK LEVELS GET LOW
- KEEP OIL SHELF IN PARTS STOCKED
- STOCK AND INVENTORY PARTS, ACCESSORIES, AND CLOTHING
- CLEAN SHELVING, FLOORS AND VIN MARS OF SERVICE AND PARTS AREAS
- YEARLY AND QUARTERLY INVENTORY CONTROL OF ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND OILS
- ANY OTHER SPECIFIC DUTIES DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE DEPARTMENT AND DEALERSHIP AS A WHOLE
