Join the Pape’ Team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: Research, source, price parts and determine needs for service repairs. Pull parts and stage for service technicians. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and parts and the associated costs of each. Complete all necessary paperwork on each transaction in an accurate timely manner. Keep track of backorders and work with manufactures on reducing lead times. Provide relief as needed for warehouse and service team. This includes (but is not limited to) assisting warehouse team moving parts and occasionally running for parts for the service team. Process credits, make adjustments, and monitor for restocking charges on all parts sales completed. Performing shipping/receiving and warehouse duties as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED: Self-motivation, adaptability, and assertive drive. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment. Ability to communicate effectively with service team, in an effort to keep technicians supplied with parts. Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services. Above-average organizational skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency. Experience with automotive or heavy equipment parts preferred but not required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently. Driver’s license with a good driving record.
