Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator who can provide hands-on experience in parts inbound and outbound operations, warehouse organization, parts process handling, and internal support. Focused on stable daily operations, accurate inventory control, and supporting service teams through reliable physical and system-based workflows.

Requirements

  • Managed daily parts receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping operations
  • Basic English required / Korean required
  • Organized inventory locations and maintained a clean, structured warehouse layout
  • Handled RMA processes, including defective parts separation, HDD returns, and scrap management
  • Performed regular physical inventory checks and basic inventory reporting
  • Supported internal teams (Service, Admin, CS) with parts-related requests
  • Prepared shipments, including packing lists and basic shipping documentation

  • Packing, labeling, and shipping
  • UPS and ERP system processing
  • First-level response for internal parts inquiries
