PCSI is looking for Service Order Dispatcher after hours at FT. SILL, OK. A Service Order Dispatcher after hours receives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers’ requests for service on articles or utilities purchases from wholesale or retail establishment or utility companies. Records information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered. This position reports to the Customer Service Representative and is based at FT. SILL, OK. Typical work hours will be 1230-2100 Monday thru Friday and must be willing to work other shifts to support operational requirements.
