About The Position

The Service Operations, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple operational and compliance functions while supporting meaningful, high-impact projects. This role provides exposure to Service Operations, Quality Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Customer Experience, offering a unique opportunity to learn how these disciplines work together to support organizational excellence. The intern will help document departmental processes, research best practices and emerging AI concepts for world-class field service operations, organize critical documentation to improve workflow efficiency, contribute ideas in team meetings, support day-to-day strategic and operational activities, and assist in developing communication best practices and templates. This internship is designed to build industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and create opportunities to make a real impact within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Intern must be available to commit to the entire summer internship (approximately May - August) and work up to five days a week in the Wappingers Falls, NY office (with reliable transportation and local housing). This position may be eligible for a hybrid work structure.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited four‑year college or university
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing assignments and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Document departmental processes in collaboration with leadership.
  • Organize and maintain departmental documentation to support efficient workflows.
  • Research best practices, future operational needs, and AI concepts for field service operations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Support day‑to-day departmental activities, contributing to strategic and operational tasks that drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering innovative ideas and strategic input.
  • Help develop communication best practices and templates to enhance departmental effectiveness.
