As our full-time Service Operations and Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our ServiceTitan operations, building and maintaining price books, managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating with vendors. Your day will involve supporting technicians, ensuring accurate billing data, and driving efficiency across service and installation teams. We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Service Titan experience (price books, purchase orders, inventory, and truck stock) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and basic data entry Experience in HVAC or skilled trades is strongly preferred. Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Service Titan experience (price books, purchase orders, inventory, and truck stock)
