Spreetail is hiring an Inventory Operations Lead Coordinator who will shape department performance through operational structure, consistency, and proactive issue management. The successful candidate will operate with an advanced continuous improvement mindset, ensuring improvements are measurable, repeatable, and integrated into performance routines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Inventory Management/Purchasing field
- Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models
- Comfort with ambiguity (ability to operate in processes that are still being defined)
