The Inventory Operations Lead serves as a key operations leader within the store, responsible for managing all product intake, back of house organization, stock replenishment, merchandising presentation and the day to day execution of the Personalization department. This role combines operational skill, merchandise presentation expertise and technical capability, overseeing a single department for product availability, inventory movement, stock presentation standards and personalized product services for guests. The position requires a highly organized, detail focused leader who can execute receiving routines, maintain a structured and efficient stockroom, support replenishment routines, demonstrate knowledge of product placement and deliver personalized product services with accuracy and care. The Lead will be equired to perform multiple operational functions at a high standard and demands cross-functional capability that cannot be isolated to one area of responsibility. The Inventory Operations Lead provides daily leadership to Associates working in receiving, replenishment and personalization, and is responsible for building a strong workflow that supports both commercial goals and guest experience.
