About The Position

As a Service Market Leader at Leslie's Pools, you'll be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across your assigned service market. You'll lead, develop, and motivate a team of Service Technicians to achieve financial targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, supporting operations, optimizing performance, and implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market presence. You'll play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture that reflects Leslie's commitment to quality, teamwork, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor Service Technicians, ensuring alignment with company objectives through recruitment, coaching, training, career pathing, and retention.
  • Provide strong leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that exemplifies Leslie's mission, vision, and values.
  • Support and execute long-term strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Support P&L responsibilities, including EBITDA performance, by driving sales, improving gross margins, and managing expenses.
  • Ensure disciplined financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Oversee the efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations across the market.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance to ensure alignment with company goals, customer service standards, and service objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with all service, inventory, and operational standards, including safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive sales initiatives by guiding the Service team in implementing and supporting effective strategies.
  • Enhance Leslie's market position and brand image through proactive leadership and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across the market.
  • Support asset protection efforts and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor and support market recruiting, selection, and placement processes to ensure optimal staffing levels and quality hires.
  • Drive talent programs, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all team members by fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including annual training programs.
  • Execute additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Sr. Director or Corporate Office.
