Service Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of running an automotive service facility, with a strong focus on ensuring both customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This role requires familiarity with the operations of a retail automotive dealership and the ability to collaborate effectively with the manufacturer, dealership management, and staff to consistently deliver superior customer service. The Service Manager will also play a key role in supporting the department’s growth and development as the dealership expands.
Requirements
- We require extensive knowledge of the operation of an automotive service facility specializing in exemplary customer and employee satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with the inner workings of a retail automotive dealership and the ability to work with the manufacturer, the dealership management team and staff to achieve superior customer service results.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
