About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our Rochester location. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle repairs, and ensuring smooth shop operations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle intake through release, including follow-up as needed
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and evaluate vehicles to develop effective repair plans
  • Recommend appropriate auto repairs and prepare accurate pricing quotes
  • Coordinate with parts suppliers and technicians to ensure all necessary materials are available
  • Keep customers informed with updates as work progresses
  • Address detailed questions about services performed and pricing clearly and professionally
  • Maintain organized customer records and files
  • Schedule appointments and manage communications over the phone
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, ready to adapt to new challenges
