Job Summary The Service Manager will assist and repair the shop and the field. This role will also perform testing and modifications of new and used engines. The Service Manager will manage Field Technician’s job performance using KPIs, service software, customer feedback, and training. The Service Manager will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service and represent the DEUTZ brand professionally. The ideal candidate must have a consistent willingness to increase their personal knowledge about our business, our products, our markets, and the customers we serve. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude and a strong willingness to provide leadership by fostering a safe working environment while ensuring operational efficiencies are all met.
