About The Position

At Buffalo Wild Wings, the Service Manager role is a key position in restaurant management, offering an experience that aims to last a lifetime. This role involves overseeing takeout operations and the guest entry experience, as well as assisting in managing shift operations. A core part of the job is coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, ultimately creating legendary experiences for guests. Requirements

• General knowledge of labor laws
• General knowledge of health codes
• General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
• General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
• General knowledge of computer operations
• Passion for training and developing your team
