The goal of the Service Manager is to continuously develop the Service Department and Branch, while maintaining positive relationships with staff, OEM providers, vendors, and, most importantly, the customer. Effectively coach, mentor, and manage a Team of Forklift Dealer Professionals, consisting of Service, Parts, and Support Team members. Ensure the Service and Parts Departments are compliant with Federal, State, and Company guidelines regarding safety and environmental standards. Review monthly financials and collaborate with the Vice-President of Operations to set short- and long-term departmental goals and strategy. Maintain current and develop new policies and best practices to support the Operations management Team’s goals. Maintain a positive relationship with OEM Partners and Vendors to promote a better overall experience for the customer. Market to the local community and grow with CFE, while increasing market share in your territory.
