About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and build our service department from the ground up.
Requirements
- Previous Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dealership experience required (Honda preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations
- Manage technicians, advisors, and support staff
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure efficient workflow and scheduling
