About The Position

Mossy Nissan Oceanside and Infiniti of Oceanside are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to join our winning team. This is a rare opportunity for a high-caliber, experienced leader to oversee two respected brands operating under one rooftop. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual earnings of $125,000 to $225,000. This is not a project store. This is a proven, high-performing operation focused on continued growth and long-term success. What You’ll Oversee You will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the Service Department, including: Service Advisors Technicians Lube & Line Technicians Lot Attendants Detailers

Requirements

Proven sales skills with a strong closing and upsell track record
Superior people and communication skills
Strong leadership presence with the ability to build culture
Solid management and financial acumen
Great computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
Prior experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Manager, or high-performing Service Manager

Nice To Haves

Previous top-performing Service Advisor experience (strongly preferred)
