About The Position
We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our Service operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing a strong service team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or assistant manager in an automotive dealership
- Track record of achieving high sales volume and profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Nice To Haves
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of new and used vehicle service operations
- Drive service volume, gross profit, and market share while maintaining compliance
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop advisors and Service technicians
- Establish and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sales and Parts Departments to optimize dealership performance
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
- Oversee management, pricing strategies, and Service processes DMS R&R
- Maintain strong relationships with Ford representatives and adhere to OEM standards
