We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our Operation Teams as a Service Manager. As a Service Manager for EPG, you will gain hands-on experience by making meaningful connections with our customers while providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for building and leading a team that effectively schedules service appointments and organizing workflow that delivers an exceptional customer experience. This position will oversee multiple divisions to include in house services, road service, and light manufacturing. This unique opportunity will allow you to start your career in a brand-new facility utilizing your strengths to implement process and procedure for success. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ service management experience
  • Experience with using CDK software preferred
  • Highschool diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to mentor others
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with both customers and team members
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA laws
  • Apopka, FL 32703: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the service dept effectively – team building
  • Implementing employee training schedules
  • Building customer relationships
  • Maintain positive customer satisfaction to include dispute resolution
  • Proper warranty repairs and filing
  • Ensuring proper service scheduling with the team
  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Hiring/disciplinary actions
  • Coaching personnel
  • Monitoring technicians’ daily productivity and professional completions of repairs
  • Maintaining shop/building equipment to include annual software subscriptions needs
  • Various assigned tasks
